OnTurf Sports provides top-notch sporting event experiences so that people can live in the moments that matter. We specialize in youth baseball and softball tournaments that bring thousands of people into our communities over the spring and summer. These events help provide life-long memories to baseball and softball families throughout Indiana and the surrounding states. OnTurf Sports also powers the Discover Roanoke 10k-5k-1 mile (15th yr) and Game On! Stein Streak races (3rd yr) in Roanoke, Indiana. 

Responsibilities

To execute these quality events, we are looking for energetic, dedicated, conscientious and punctual individuals interested in gaining professional experience in a variety of areas including: business development, marketing, digital media, graphic design, and event management. Individuals will be on-site for events that will take place from Friday to Sunday at parks located throughout Northern Indiana. Preparation and planning activities take place from Monday to Thursday each week and will have flexible hours.

Qualifications

Successful applicants will demonstrate an eagerness to learn, the willingness to try new tasks, the ability to communicate and work with a variety of people in a public setting, and have consistent and reliable work ethic.  Experience participating in sports is a plus but not required.
