We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team at Challenge Island. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in sales and customer relationship management within the educational enrichment industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a keen interest in learning and applying sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, including schools, community centers, and educational organizations.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase program enrollments and partnerships.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and timely entry of sales information.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends within the educational sector.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and customer engagement.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Education, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Passion for education and making a positive impact on children's lives.
