Fall Accounting Internship

The accounting and tax department of ATS provides bookkeeping, tax preparation, compilations, attest services (audits, exams, reviews, and agreed upon procedures), and other consulting services to individuals, not for profit, and for profit organizations. It is a fast paced work environment with exposure to all stages of an organization’s development.

The ATS Fall Internship program is a 15-16 week internship with an initial week dedicated to getting to know the firm, and includes rotations through tax, audit, and general accounting/business consulting. Interns will have the opportunity to work directly with staff to address client needs and support the back office functions of ATS.

Responsibilities

Interns will be responsible for completing assigned tasks and developing their strategic recommendations in a timely manner.

Qualifications

ATS is seeking talented employees who are unafraid of hard work and willing to learn new things.  Internship applicants should have a solid accounting background, a passion for helping others, and a desire to grow both personally and professionally.  Specifically, applicants should be:

• At least a Sophomore in college;
• Major in Management, Accounting, or Entrepreneurship;
• Have and maintain a 3.0 GPA; and be
• Actively engaged in the community/campus service initiatives
