Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Design Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to our creative team. This internship provides hands-on experience in graphic design, branding, and production, allowing interns to develop their skills while contributing to meaningful projects. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design and interested in the process of bringing ideas to life—from conception to production.

Responsibilities

  • Design a variety of items, including (but not limited to) T-shirts, logos, flyers, banners, and social media posts.
  • Assist with screen printing, including preparing, printing, and maintaining equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Manage and organize digital files to streamline project workflows.
  • Assist clients by understanding their design needs and providing excellent customer service.
  • Support event preparation and execution, including setup, breakdown, and on-site assistance.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and contribute to ongoing projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work within brand guidelines.
  • Knowledge or interest in screen printing is a plus (training provided if necessary).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
  • A team player who can also work independently when needed.
