This Fellowship will take place at Purdue Polytechnic High School Englewood’s kitchen and urban farm at 3029 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN, 46201.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Ensure compliance with child nutrition meal service requirements
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, and industry regulations
- Assist with meal preparation
- Assist with building, planting, harvesting and maintaining the Englewood urban farm
- Earn ServSafe certification
- Communicate professionally with students, parents, staff, and community members
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent reaching, bending, grasping, lifting, and carrying
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. without assistance
- Ability to work extended hours on feet
