We are currently seeking an Accounting Administrative Assistant Intern to join our team.  This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who are looking to gain hands on experience in accounting and administrative support within a dynamic business environment.  

Responsibilities

Data Entry & Financial Recordkeeping

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Expense Reporting & Reconciliation

Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation 

Administrative Support

Audit & Compliance Support

Budget Monitoring

 

Qualifications

Training & Mentorship

At Seaflo, we beleive in providing interns with hands-on experience and mentorship.  You will work closely with experienced accounting professionals who will guide you through various tasks and help you develop a deep understanding of accounting processes.  You will receive training on: 

Accounting Software (Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)

Financial Reporting & Analysis

General Accounting Procedures

Communication & Organizational Skills

 

This internship will allow you to build a solid foundation in accounting and finance.  By the end of your time with us, you will have developed:

Proficiency in accouting software and financial reporting 

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Effective communication skills, especially when interacting with vendors and customers

Attention to detail in handling financial records and data

Problem-solving skills in budgeting and financial analysis

 

Qualifications: 

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in accounting or business administration 

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently
