Description

We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media and Administrative Intern to join our team. This intern will play a vital role in managing our social media presence, assisting with document creation in Canva, and supporting various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about social media, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to learn in a dynamic work environment. 

Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

   o Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

   o Monitor and respond to social media interactions and messages.

   o Analyze social media metrics and provide insights for improvement.

Document Creation:

   o Draft and design documents, presentations, and graphics using Canva.

   o Ensure all materials align with our branding and messaging guidelines.

Administrative Support:

   o Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organization of documents.

   o Help coordinate team meetings and maintain calendars.

Additional Duties:

   o Collaborate with team members on special projects as assigned.

   o Conduct research and compile information as needed. 

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proficient in social media platforms and their management tools.

• Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools is a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
