Digital Media Production Internship

Description

to focus on video production and photography for social media. In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO and team to strategize, create, and edit engaging content that brings our clients’ brands to life. This internship offers the chance to hone your technical and creative skills while making a meaningful impact in the fast-paced world of social media marketing.

Responsibilities

Design & Video Magic (70%)

• Film and photograph high-quality content for social media, including Reels, TikToks, and other visual formats.
• Edit video and photo content to align with client brand aesthetics using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Lightroom.
• Create media that conveys compelling narratives, tailored for diverse audiences on social platforms
• Work with the team to brainstorm and plan creative content ideas for campaigns.

Content & Operations Support (30%)

• Stay ahead of emerging trends in video and photography to keep our clients innovative.
• Support multi-channel content strategies by aligning media production with broader marketing goals.
• Help refine and document processes for video production and photography to ensure efficiency in future projects

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Film, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field (or you’ve got the skills to wow us without a degree).
• Experience with video editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro and photo editing software like Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.
• A portfolio showcasing your video work is required (we can’t wait to see it!).
• A passion for media production with strong storytelling skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
• Collaborative, self-motivated, and takes direction well.
• Must have access to your own computer for work.
• Ability to travel and work within the Indianapolis Metro Area
