Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and elevate Crouching Tigers’ online presence. This individual will be responsible for crafting and executing social media strategies that align with our mission, engage our community, and drive brand awareness and program enrollments.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Crouching Tigers’ brand values and goals.
  • Create engaging, child-friendly content, including videos, images, and copy, tailored to platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • Highlight the unique role of our CEO and the brand’s mission to make safety education approachable.

• Community Engagement:

  • Interact with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Foster relationships with parents, schools, and local organizations through online engagement.

• Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Crouching Tigers team to align content with upcoming classes, events, and promotions.
  • Partner with instructors to capture class highlights, testimonials, and success stories.

• Platform Management:

  • Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Experiment with new tools and features to keep the brand innovative and fresh.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive tone that reflects Crouching Tigers’ brand.
• Creativity and ability to produce visually appealing, engaging content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance metrics.
• Passion for education, children, or martial arts is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indiana and Illinois communities (preferred but not required).
