Description

Are you ready to take the first step toward building your future career? The DirectEmployers Institute Spring Internship is a unique opportunity for high school and college students to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and make meaningful contributions to a real-world project—all while preparing for future internships and careers.

This fast-paced yet exciting program is designed to prepare you for success. You’ll receive valuable training, work on impactful projects, and help shape our summer STEM YES! program—a two-week experience that inspires students to explore STEM and business careers. Whether it’s organizing food donations, creating activities, or reaching out to students and businesses, you’ll play an essential role in making a difference.

The best part? This internship is designed with your schedule in mind. High school students can work after school, and college students can work during the day. Most of the work is remote, giving you the flexibility to balance your schoolwork and internship, with a few optional in-person team-building days. Plus, this internship can lead to a summer internship with even more opportunities to grow and succeed.

If you’re looking for a way to boost your resume, make valuable connections with companies, and gain the skills needed to stand out in your future career, this internship is for you.
