Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute family-centered events and wellness activities.
• Work closely with community partners to develop impactful wellness programs.
• Coordinate volunteers and event logistics to ensure smooth execution.
• Assess program success and recommend improvements.
• Ensure events align with Victory Lane’s mission and values.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Pursuing a degree in Event Planning, Public Health, or Social Work.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for community development and family engagement.
