Description
Performance Validation Inc is a validation and qualification service provider for pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing clients. We are looking for a Marketing Summer Intern to join our team and contribute to market research, product/service marketing, and business analysis. This role is ideal for a college student with a strong analytical mindset, an interest in life sciences, and a passion for marketing innovation. Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and task automation is a plus.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
- Assist in the development and management of marketing strategies for our products and services.
- Support content development for digital channels, including website updates, social media, and email campaigns.
- Utilize AI tools to automate marketing tasks and enhance workflow efficiency (if applicable).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Help with data collection, reporting, and analysis to measure marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Must have completed junior year and be entering senior year.
- Strong analytical and research skills with an ability to interpret market data.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools for marketing (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
