Description

Itology is an outsourced IT company that Techniks has partnered with.  They provide in-person and over the phone support for issues and managing company devices.  The main two people training the intern would be Brady Dotson and Scott Reynolds.  The goals for the internship are to get the intern comfortable with the Techniks LLC systems such as Microsoft 365 (and associated apps and services), ERP apps and services, active directory, printers and general networking skills.  The goal is to have the intern become self sufficient in supporting Techniks systems for day to day operations, thus developing the skills to support IT infrastructure and services.

Responsibilities

As described abve, the intern would get experience in Microsoft Office 365, ERP (p21 specifically), active directory management, network management, printing management, and many other technical skills under the umbrella of IT.  Intern will be expected to interface with end users on a day to day basis once comfortable.

Qualifications

It is desired that the intern has the desire to learn IT and has a background in problem solving and IT focused degree.  Ideally the intern will have some people skils, shows patience and empathy toward others, and generally enjoys problem solving.
