It is always so hard to say goodbye, especially when you have created memories and formed bonds with amazing people. My time at Milliner & Associates (M&A) has been wonderful, and I have learned so much from this experience.
My view of recruiting and what this industry is has truly changed and has been broadened. I have learned so much about myself during this internship, and I am so blessed to be surrounded by a wonderful team that challenged me and pushed me to be my best, not only professionally, but personally as well.
I cannot put into words how thankful I am to have been given this opportunity. The experiences and confidence I have gained will truly assist me in the near future as I begin my professional career search. I do not know what my future holds, but I know that this internship has given me some of the necessary tools to aid me as I pursue my dreams. Internships like the one at M&A truly offer life-changing experiences. When a team really values your input, they want to see you succeed and grow not only during your time as an intern but in your professional career as well.
Saying goodbye to this wonderful company will be tough, but I know that I will always have a wonderful group of professionals in my network that will be there to offer advice and support.
