Welcome Angela Taylor!
Indiana INTERNnet is pleased to welcome Angela Taylor to our team as Program Assistant! She is responsible for the logistics of the IMPACT Awards, serves as liaison to the board of directors and committees, and produces communications.
Angela was born and raised on the west side of Indianapolis but currently resides in Irvington, a charming east side neighborhood. She received her bachelor’s degree at Indiana University – Indianapolis with a focus on tourism, conventions and events management. She started her career in the hospitality industry as an intern working at the Sheraton in Indianapolis. Once her internship was completed, she stayed working at the Sheraton through college and beyond.
To build her resume, she switched fields and worked at Elanco Animal Health for a few years, then most recently worked at the Greater Lawrence Chamber of Commerce. She is very excited to jump in with the Indiana INTERNnet team and …
Welcome Caitlyn Beck!
Indiana INTERNnet is pleased to welcome Caitlyn Beck to our team as program assistant! She is responsible for the logistics of the IMPACT Awards, serves as liaison to the board of directors and committees, and produces communications.
A resident of Fishers, Caitlyn received her bachelor’s degree in strategic communication with a specialization in public relations and business writing from Butler University. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Caitlyn completed marketing and communications internships with several local organizations, including the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra.
Motivated by a desire to have an impact on her community, Caitlyn also worked with the Indiana Blind Children’s Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the daily life of students with visual impairments. This led her to Indiana INTERNnet, where she could continue impacting the lives of students by facilitating internship opportunities.

Meet Our New Assistant Director
Indiana INTERNnet is pleased to announce Kristan Pfeifer has joined our team as assistant director! She will serve as the liaison between employers and Indiana INTERNnet as it pertains to work-based learning and career/technical education.
Hailing from Portland, Indiana, Kristan received her bachelor’s degree in telecommunications (sales and marketing) from Ball State University and a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Kristan completed a sales internship with a local television station in Fort Wayne. That internship helped jumpstart her career and led to her moving to Fort Wayne.
After several years in pharmaceutical sales and the health care industry, Kristan decided to pursue a different career path and became the assistant director for employer connections and internships at Ball State University’s Career Center. She thrived on assisting employers with internship programs and working with internship coordinators throughout the campus. Kristan wanted to …
