Our Marketing Internship Program is designed to provide college students with hands-on experience in the field of mental health marketing. Interns will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop essential marketing skills, and contribute to the growth and outreach of our agency.

Supervision will be provided by Owner of company and hands on, if needed. 

Learning Goals for the Intern

1. Develop Marketing Strategies:

  • Gain experience in creating and implementing marketing campaigns that align with the agency’s mission and goals.
  • Learn to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.

2. Enhance Digital Marketing Skills:

  • Improve proficiency in managing social media accounts, crafting engaging content, and utilizing SEO techniques.
  • Understand how to measure and interpret marketing analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

3. Content Creation:

  • Develop skills in writing, editing, and designing content for various platforms (blogs, newsletters, social media, website).
  • Learn to tailor content to different audiences, promoting mental health awareness and agency services.

4. Event Planning and Promotion:

  • Assist in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and community outreach programs.
  • Gain experience in coordinating logistics, marketing event details, and engaging participants.

5. Professional Development:

Responsibilities

Intern Tasks and Projects

As a Marketing Intern at Paris Counseling Mental Health Agency, you will be engaged in a variety of tasks and projects that provide valuable learning experiences while supporting the agency's marketing efforts. These responsibilities are designed to offer a unique perspective and hands-on involvement in marketing activities specific to the mental health sector.

Core Tasks and Projects

1. Social Media Management:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for the agency’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). This includes creating posts, graphics, and videos that promote our services, share mental health tips, and highlight agency events.
  • Scheduling and Posting: Use social media management tools to schedule and post content regularly, ensuring consistency and strategic timing.
  • Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages, fostering a positive and interactive online community.

2. Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Email Marketing: Assist in creating and distributing email newsletters to clients, partners, and the community. This includes writing content, designing templates, and managing subscriber lists.
  • Online Advertising: Help develop and manage online ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to increase visibility and reach of our services.
  • Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing reports and insights to the marketing team.

3. Content Development:

  • Blog Writing: Write informative and engaging blog posts on topics related to mental health, wellness, and agency updates.
  • Resource Materials: Assist in the creation of brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials that provide information about our services and programs.
  • Video Production: Participate in the planning and production of video content, including client testimonials, informational videos, and event highlights.

4. Event Promotion and Coordination:

  • Event Marketing: Develop marketing strategies to promote workshops, seminars, and community events hosted by the agency. This includes creating promotional materials and utilizing various marketing channels.
