Description

Bridge Builders Strategies is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Marketing and Communications intern to manage our marketing and communications including our LinkedIn and Instagram accounts. This person will be support Bridge Builder Strategies marketing mix, channel design, and analysis to the leadership team. This person will be supporting the marketing tactics and creative. This person will need to be able to evaluate new channels and tactic specifications and ensure that they align to BBS’s mission vision and values.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our strategy team to represent the Bridge Builders mission across our 2 platforms.
  • Research and implement a plan for social media activity, preferably including 1 to 2 posts per week.
  • Write and manage the company blog posts to highlight relevant issues, success stories, and
  • Investigate channel metrics and identify opportunities for growth through your campaign and posting strategy, with a focus on strategies to drive lead generation.
  • Develop differing strategies tailored to the unique platform experience for Twitter and LinkedIn, respectively.
  • Design, post, monitor and adjust content.
  • Regularly interact with our current network and create a larger online community through reposting, commenting, and liking various posts to generate awareness of the Bridge Builders mission to create measurable impact.
  • Research and design a paid advertising plan and budget.
  • Analyze previous social media trends and track following activity and/or growth.
  • Advertise and promote upcoming events to raise awareness and increase participation in the events.

Qualifications

  • Proficient knowledge of Twitter and LinkedIn and post-generating best practices.
  • Excitement about storytelling, writing, and social media management.
  • Ability to find and identify effective and relevant posts from other entities to interact with.
