Responsibilities

 

Assist with the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

      >

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target industries, clients, and market trends.

      >

Review and audit sales data in our CRM. 

      >

Assist in creating marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.

      >

Support the management of social media platforms and online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.

      >

Assist with lead generation activities, including cold calling, door to door sales, email outreach, and networking events.

      >

Coordinate with the sales team to schedule client meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.

      >

Organizing and tracking inventory marketing merchandise.

      >

Attending and supporting set up, operation and tear down of booths/event tables for B2C and B2B events on-site and at other locations TBD.

      >

Capturing video and photo footage of events, projects and other items for marketing purposes.

      >

Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed.

      >

Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and strategies for sales and marketing initiatives.

      >

Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and marketing activities and provide recommendations for improvement.

      >

Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including data entry, file organization, and meeting coordination.

Qualifications

Self-Starter

You are high-reaching and unstoppable 

Strong communication skills, with the ability to run alongside clients and teammates 

Ability to effectively handle multiple assignments/projects simultaneously. 

Excellent organizational skills and insatiable appetite to learn. 

A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, grow and question how things are done to make them better. 

Pursuing a degree in business or marketing is a plus. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
