Responsibilities

The Position:> 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Staffing Operations Intern. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of staffing and human resources. The selected candidate will work closely with our staffing operations team to support various aspects of the recruitment and talent acquisition process.>

The Duties:>

Assist with candidate sourcing and screening using our ATS. 

> 

>

Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

> 

>

Update and maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

> 

>

Conduct initial candidate assessments and assist with the evaluation of candidate qualifications.

> 

>

Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation logistics.

> 

>

Assist with administrative tasks related to staffing operations, such as organizing job fairs, preparing recruitment materials, and drafting job postings.

> 

>

Attend community events to represent Morales Group as an ambassador. 

> 

>

Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies and improve overall efficiency.

> 

>

Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our staffing processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications

The Qualities: >

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.
