Chemistry Intern

Description

We are looking for interns for our R&D lab (cosmetics and skincare). Interns will work side by side with other bench chemists and lab technicians in a day-to-day lab setting to create both cosmetics and skincare items that will be shipped to national retailers. The ideal intern will be able to apply classroom learning (chemistry) to their daily work. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will span the work of a bench chemist, including but not limited to:

- Raw Material Quality Control / Checks

- Small Sample Batching

- Large Batch Manufacturing

- Solo or Team R&D work (new formula development)

- Testing and documentation

- New product ideation

Qualifications

The ideal intern will have the following:

- 3+ courses in college level chemistry

- Disciplined

- Great communication skills

- Passion for skincare / cosmetics / beauty Youtube
